We love shopping at Ocean View Optical and keep coming back for more. Angelas selection is great- she has something for everyone. The help there is especially patient and helpful. I would never going anywhere else to get my glasses!

0 star. Made an appointment week ahead. When they called to remind, asked to ensure everything is good with insurance. Came in today, waited for 20 min because "everyone is eating", then was told they cannot see my insurance and I should come on a different day. When I asked to contact insurance, was told it will take 2 hours to contact the insurance. After another wait was told something wrong with insurance. On my question why it wasn't checked prior to appointment, was told they don't like my tone and have a right to deny service. They have been rude and incompetent on my prior visits, but today they crossed the line, wasted my day like that. Will never come back and want everyone to beware!
