Do not go to this eye glass office. They will not give you your prescription if you request it. They ordered me glasses without me giving my consent to do so. I called and spoke to the Doctor she told me it was my word against her employee. I could not believe the disrespect as a customer you told me that your employee was correct. Customers are always right. Now that Im reading the reviews on here this place is a skam. Never again

Absolutely Horrible Service!!!
Beware!! The doctor is good . But, the heavy set young man at the front desk is lazy, stays on his phone while office is full with patients.. He lies and lie about when he sent out order to UPS. Yet no tracking number, He claims he cant get through to insurance Co yet each time I call no problem getting through.
Absolutely Horrible Service!!!! Go at your own risk! You've been warned!

So I spoke to Johnathan and he is awesome. The women in the store are also great. They helped me model a pair of glasses and pick one that fit my face. This store is super close to me so its easy getting to. As one of the of the other reviews mentioned this optical place is a dimond in the ruff.
