This was suppose to be my first visit to Dr. Shapiro's office. Over an hour waiting and nobody even checked me in, asked for ID or insurance card at this point. The front desk ignores you and are rude. Especially the guy. It was a horrible experience and I walked out.

4 hour wait.
Overbooked
Shapiro only md on
duty.Many more people then any dr could handle accurately.
No apology to patients for overcrowded waiting room.
Walked out and will never go back.
My time is valuable too.

Excellent ,very professional knowledge. doctor. Helped me with the problem I had been dealing for 4 months. Nice bedside manners.

Well. You definitely will need appointment with neurologist after visiting Vanguard Dermatology office. The charged me during procedure because my insurance does not cover the cosmetic part. Than they sent me another bill, which I paid because "whatever". And than the lab which received some sample tissue from them sending me another bill.
All this with insurance which they "accept".
I took a few hours off work to come to the office to talk to somebody in billing. The young lady at the front desk told me:
1. Billing over the phone only
2. No, she cannot give me the name who to spick to in billing
3. She is not required to give me her name or her position in the doctor's office.
4. I have to make an appointment to spick to somebody else in this office
NEVER AGAIN!

I like Dr. Shapiro, he listens and yes he is fast since I feel he very good Doctor. He spotted a mole on my neck I got a call right back saying it was cancer he removed the cancer and his assistant was very calming. People are complaining over the time its because you have people in there that want to talk. He unfortunately doesnt have that time. I believe he has 3 offices. Just tell him what you need and he will be right on it.
