Was told they took my insurance on the phone. Got to my appointment on time and was made to sit around until fifteen minutes after (mind you there werent any other customers there) my appointment was supposed to have begun, rudely spoken to, and then when asked for my insurance and gave it, was told they dont take it ! A fabulous spot to skip. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Came here with my son today and the lady at the front desk is so unprofessional! From the way she dresses, to the way she was talking to me! Hire someone who knows the real definition of customer service b|c this aint it! Real ghetto and ratchet!

Only reason why I tolerate this place is because Ive been here for years. The customer service is terrible. This lady been here for years and still cannot get it right just really unprofessional. Am over it!!! This year will be the last.
