I'm super appreciative of the men and women who run this
property. In no particular order: Eli, Freddy, Kenny, Yergen,
Jason, Jeremy, Anthony, Lisa, Jasmine, Marybelle
especially, she works super hard wow and is always
pleasant to speak with, all of them are absolute
professionals at what they do and I hope they know how
much their efforts are valued and appreciated. I'm sure I'm leaving off some names, thank you Samantha et al for the botanical features at the park and indoors as well. Mandy is
awesome, always a joy to chat with her, Moses has always
been very kind towards me, and I think there was a
Hector(?) I met too, he's hooked me up with old newspapers
and weather reports whenever Im leaving home without an
iPhone. Yergen in particular, please tell him I said thank you,
Freddy and Kenny too, for saving me some of the old
newspapers that other residents don't collect. In general,
just doing my best to say thank you to everyone here; much
respect for 1S1 staff. Without speaking too frankly or out of
line, I do hope that their wages are commensurate with the
amount of tireless effort that they put in on the daily bc
aside from the architectural features, it is the 1S1
staff/individuals who truly make this place feel like such a
special home.

Beautiful Building, amazing people except the services manager in the lobby. He was really rude and lost his anger. Started arguing with us. This is unacceptable for a building near Washington Street. African American male was ready to fight as well. Please find someone educated with respect and manners instead of hiring a thug. I will provide a picture when I can.

We are now living in our second Two Trees building and have nothing but positive things to stay about our management company! Our building and amenities are excellent, and it's so nice being able to walk into the management office with questions since they are located just across the street. They are always responsive with any issues that come up, and are generally very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!
