The guy came to fix refrigerator he took $500 he forgot to mention it's no use of fixing it because it was already old, he told us about it when next day his $500 "fix" failed to work and he was like oh if you pay another $$$ we can try this and that but BTW it's an old thing so I don't know. Liars and thieves

The repair guy showed up and said the stove needed a new module, but won't say the exact name of the module, and does not know the price of the module. He said he will get back with me tomorrow but I must pay $65 today. Of course I paid, but it was pretty much waste of money.

Ive done business with this company in the past. The service was great. They responded and fixed the issue. My reason for giving a low rating is because of their pricing for repair. They repaired an all in one washer dryer for me a year ago, and charged me a total of $420. The same problem occurred to my washer and they charged me $65 to tell me the part (drain pump) failed AGAIN. The warranty had just expired. The price to repair it would be the same as last time $420. I declined their service because I did not want to spend that much on an old machine. I was considering buying a new one. Being curious about their price I researched the cost of the drain pump and to my surprise it was only about $30. I then call Bear Appliances and spoke to someone who claimed to be the owner . This man claimed to have been in business for decades. . I understand having to make a profit, but charging $420 to replace a $30 part is ridiculous. Our brief conversation was more adversarial than customer service oriented. I demand good service and fair prices. BUYER BEWARE. I had to learn this the hard way. Always do your own research on prices of parts and find a company that will not over inflate their price. FYI I purchased the part from amazon and had my bother install it in lest than 30 minutes.
