This place has had many red flags for me. I tried tirelessly for over a month to get in contact with someone and she would never call me back. The staff seems very disorganized and makes me feel like its either just there to make money or its a scam. After my recent experience I would go somewhere else where they are excited to have you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This company is a scam a complete rip off. First booking the consultation they never let you know you have to pay for visit and blood work until the end of your visit. The doctor was two hours late with no explanation. RMA charge me $690 for blood work, then asked me to take extra blood work for other $500. Before I saw the doctor, I gave the receptionist all the blood work papers I had done before in 2020 Rma decided I need to take the same test results over, because it's a year ago even though the test is a genetic test and DNA can't be changing no matter how much year's pass. Then today I receive another bill in the mail from Rma lapcorp for an additional $472 bill, now first visit cost $1,662 and I have not even gotten any phone calls or test results, yet it's been 4 weeks nothing, not even an email, then I called nurse act as you're bothering her at work. I feel this won't end its an ongoing thing for one day of visit. How many times and how much more I'm I going to be bill for the same blood work. I feel I need a lawyer at this point. Rma is rude and homophobic. Update Just receive another bill on 01/04/2022 for $249 for the same blood work, this is the third time being bill for the same blood work. I received a separate letter dated for 12/27/2021 to 01/21/2022 not to discuss this invoice with your doctor, but I never had a doctor appt or saw anyone during 12/27/2021-01/21/2022. Now the price is $1,911 for a consultation for the first visit on 12/06/2021. WHAT A SCAM

El doctor me trató muy bien!! Los empleados también si les doy 3 estrellas es porque si pagas por tu consulta 450$ es indignante que en la parte final cuando te mandan a esperar al asesor financiero te hagan esperar una hora y media hasta que me canse y les pregunte si el asesor estaba en camino, NI SI QUIERA ESTABAN ENTERADOS de que alguien estaba esperando al asesor, ni siquiera venía en camino!!
