always a pleasure doing business here. been in three times now to pick up stuff for my cafe and have never been disappointed. sometimes there is a bit of a sticker shock when buying, but im also happy to spend more knowing that its going to a great and helpful local business with exceptionally knowledgeable salespeople. the whole world of plumbing is profoundly confusing to me but they make it all just a bit easier.
