I ordered a limo on my wedding night and the driver did not greet me at all. Besides that I have requested a red carpet and champagne and that wasn't there either.
I took out the escalade which has jet doors and those were not opened either. I specifically paid extra and they were not opened.
I have texted the agent numerous times and he said he will get back to me though have not yet gotten a response.
The customer service is really bad, not professional and poor.
Please don't let yourself be stuck with this company.
They talk a lot but do little.

I was looking to get some information and rent a limo for Saturday during the day for my fiancé’s birthday. I called earlier and the week and spoke with a gentlemen that was very short with me and rude. I chalked it up to him having a bad day so I didn’t think much of it. When I called back later that week to book the limo the same guy answered and immediately started shouting at me “WHAT DO YOU WANT”, “WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU WANT”. I rent probably 4-5 limos a year and because of this experience I’ll never give them my business again. Nice job
