I was told to make an appointment online which I did, got here at 9:50 for my 10am appointment, it's 10:34 am and I'm still waiting because the girl is not here yet. I was asked if I called her, whh? I don't work here so why should I have? Worst customer service ever! Nobody tells you what's going on. They just told me to sit down and everyone went t mind their business. I won't recommend this place, neither come back!

It’s down to what I asked for vs what I got . Plus I asked for acrylic with no nail added and a French manicure , She did not know what she was doing I asked what about the acrylic? And all of a sudden after I paid she’s only does gel has no idea how to do acrylics . Unfortunately I work in the area and will never go back or recommend them to anybody. This was the first time in a long time getting my nails done and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had I wish I could give less then one star Service: Manicures

In 2019/2020 this spot was the $hit! Everything was well organized so efficient and great nail techs. After the pandemic I've never seen a business flop so bad with their quality in everything and then the prices shot up! Today i went to get my acrylics done, why when she put the sloppy acrylic she got up and left for like 20 mins I'm there waiting to find out she went on lunch break while i was in the middle of doing my nails? She didn't even tell me brb. She came back filed my nails disgustingly just so bad. So sad to see this salon go downhill Service: Acrylic nails

The girl who did my nails was very nice, so it sucks to have to leave this review but it is necessary. For the price, my results should have been way better. I asked for color acrylic on my natural nails, but she was unable to apply without the color changing so I went with acrylic & gel polish, on my natural nail. She did not cut to even out my natural nail, she over filed a few of my nails. As you can see my nails are all uneven in length as well as the thickness of the acrylic. I did not realize this until the acrylic was completely done and she was done drilling and filing the acrylic. I had to ask several times to file the corners of my nails because they were so sharp from the way she filed them and the acrylic being so thin on some of them. I still had to go home and round the corners out. I really wanted to love it but my nails turned out terrible, especially for the price on a natural nail with one simple marble design.
