Why did you lie to me? There was no need for that.
Beware. I needed a lock replaced and I called around to a few places. This one was nearby and they seemed to have reasonable prices. Except that when the guy got here it was like everything I talked about on the phone was a scam. The price for what I discussed over the phone and final price were about 5x different. I dont know why you did this, but its going to cost you as I now know to avoid these scammers and Ive already gotten one neighbor to avoid calling you. Hopefully this review helps out at least one other person. It is my opinion that this business only exists to scam people who have been locked out of their apartments

Dan is awesome, friendly, efficient and dependable. We've used his services multiple times. Most recently, we used him to rekey 3 locks. Price was reasonable. He checked inspected locks, rekeyed, gave us 3 new keys and done. It was quick and easy. He responded promptly.

Dan arrived on time and was very professional. The entire process to change 4 locks took no more than 15mins and it was at a very affordable rate. Great work. Best locksmiths service in New York. I use them again If I need in the future.
