Awesome Class

I just finished my 2nd class with iLoveKickboxing! They rock! I love the people, they help you every step of the way! I got some pink kickboxing gloves! The workouts are intense and a lot of fun! You will be in a room full of people who want to see you win! Excited for my next class! Definitely get involved!

Ilovekickboxing Park Slope!!

Every instructor has the same if, not more energy for each and every class! They really want to be there! I love the music, the combinations and the "small talk" during stretches!! Even though, we are working hard the staff makes everything relatable! We all have something common and its a great way to meet people!

Getting in Shape Has Never Been This Fun...or Fast!

This place is a great alternative a regular gym. The owners and instructors are so friendly and encouraging and the workout is OFF THE HOOK. It's fun, but extremely effective and no matter what your goals are, you can achieve them here. You can honestly see results in the first few weeks if you keep at it. They also have great introductory deals, so you've got nothing to lose in checking this awesome gym out. :)

Perfect Staff and Workout

I love this studio! The staff is fantastic and welcoming! They even give you your own personal coach on the first day of class to help you with the different combinations and moves! My first time coach was Sarah! She laughed with me and made it a fun workout even when though my endurance sucked haha. She encouraged me the whole time. I never felt judged! But, it is a full body work out that will leave you sore and feeling great every time! Rubie is a jewel and one of the hardest instructors I’ve ever had but a sweetheart too! All the coaches are amazing! Nikki, J Cruz, Martín, Rachel, Coach G and Dina. It’s honestly hard to have a favorite coach because all of them will have you laughing and in pain every class!

Best Workout Ever!!

I lost 10 pounds in my first 11 classes!! I've been wanting to try kickboxing for a long time and I couldn't be happier with the results. The gym is modern and clean. The staff and other members are super supportive and I feel like I have a new family there. I LOVE KICKBOXING PARK SLOPE!!!!

Amazing

I can't put into the words how happy I am to be part of this community! I am not by any means a "fit" person, but the instructors have gone above and beyond to make everyone feel like anything can be accomplished! The sense of community, love and support is what drives everyone. There's a reason classes are packed every day, and people keep coming back!
