I hire this company to install 2 Navien system and remove the old one.
They did the job they over charge .
For plumbing
we didnt agree on.
I paid them in full.
2 months later they fabricated a bill out of thin air.
This company is not honest they over charge for their services.
Do yourself a favor and found honest people to do business with.
The owner Boris is a brut that scream and yell and not respectful.
Keep away from this company.

I spoke with Premier HVAC today. They listened to my cost concerns and after discussion, made a more then fair price adjustment. Below is an amended review, but I'm happy to deal with any company that listens to customer concerns ( when they are fair ) and responds appropriately, this shows great customer care and service.
Service Review:
I called them because heat went out on a very cold day. Service response was quick considering it was a Friday afternoon. The tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. High quality service. I would use them again.

Premier HVAC Services did amazing job at my property they didnt everything perfect I pasted my inspection with NYC with no problem! Even the city employee was amazed by the job thank you guys again I will definitely recommend everybody in New York City if you need any work done!

Premier was great, they came the same day I called, did a great job servicing our rooftop units and 8 air handlers in fairly tricky ceiling locations. The team was really nice and careful in the house, strongly recommend them.

We have had nothing but incredible service from this company. We hired them to clean our dryer vents in the home we recently purchased, and the tech discovered that the vents did not lead all the way outside! It was a huge fire hazard and CO hazard. They scheduled an appointment to fix it ASAP because they knew how important it was, and the technicians who did the job worked so efficiently on a pretty complicated project. One had to go through the roof and the other had to go out a back wall, which was complicated by 120-year-old beams in the way. But they figured out how to do it. Every other company I called for an estimate said they didn't even think it could be done, and Premier did it in four days for a fair price. They are now our HVAC company for life!
