If I can give this branch Zero stars I would. As I was walking into the bank to deposit money the girl behind the counter was so rude , and even had to nerves to burp loud and laugh about it like it was funny . Then Im bringing change to be deposit and she tells me I can not deposit more then 300 a day which every other bank takes the change no matter how much it is . Then I give her 1 dollar Coins (15 dollars ) and she gives them back to me and tells me she can not accept the coins til theyre in a roll of 25 dollars .. never has that happen to me when I take coins to Bank of America they take it no questions ask . Its money being deposit into MY ACCOUT. this happen today 8/15/2023 10:35 am . Gives me back the 15 dollars in coins and I had to give her bills so she can deposit it and gave me back the dollar coins because it was not rolled up in a pack of 25 .. these girls have poor customer service ! And every time I go in there theyll make you wait til theyre done gossiping their life to each other while Im standing there waiting to deposit my money . These girls need to be retrained!

A special thanks to TD bank and staff, my car broke down and I required additional funds , I was approved for an overdraft to pay a mechanic , the car was fixed and I was able to return to work without losing a days pay .

I neede to see if my bank check was cashed becaused the recipient claimed that they never received it. I was sitting there for 30 minutes while a clerk at the desk was looking at something. He did not talk to me one single time and when I asked him what is happening, he said he can not see the transaction and he even looked 4 months back. I pointed out that the ckeck has an issuing date! Dah. He keept looking and looking and finally said he will submit for investogation. What a waste of my 30 minites!
