This gym was great for the couple of months I went, super friendly staff and cozy vibes all around! Highly recommended!

30 minutes trying to check in. Just to sign a waver....
The ipad doesn't work...
The wifi doesn't work...
The system needs to be re-booted...
Finally I asked for paper and the guy acted very nervous. As if it's normal to wait for 30 minutes to check in 2 kids, 8 and 7 years old...
The staff really doesn't care about customers. They smile, they talk, they act cool.... but after 30 minutes I decided to leave...
Save yourself time and go to the Queensbridge location. Different professionalism.

I went there 2 days ago. They ask you vaccine certificat eveswitch and wear masks despite of government lifted covid restrictions. Also you need to see the safety video. The most burocratic bouldering club. Time to swith.

Been going here twice a week for a few months now. I love it! Community is all very friendly and welcoming. Same with the staff. The walls get changed up often enough that there's always something new and fun to try.
