I have been working with Kristine on and off for about 5 years on varioushealth issues. If it weren't for her I would have so many unanswered questions and be so sick. She always wants to find the source and to heal your body. I'm truly grateful for everything she has done for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone with autoimmune issues and hormonal issues.

From 248 to 103 units Triglycerides in less than 3 months speaks volume about Kristine and her competence. What was supposed to have been treated with statins was treated with blueberries and goji berries. I highly recommend Kristine!

I highly recommend Kristine. I started working with her in late 2020 when I was at breaking point with my health. Suffering from thyroid issue that left me in complete melt down mode. She kind, has amazing bedside manner & very knowledgeable. She has been part of my self healing / self care for the past two years. I am 100 % in a better place with my health than I have been for years. I felt like she taught me about herbs & tincture which really work & make me feel more empowered about my health & wellbeing.

She is absolutely AMAZING. So sweet. Generally cates. Doesn't rush anything. Listens. Knows more then regular doctors! I HIGHLY recommend her. She's such a sweet heart. She almost feels like family to me because she's so sweet and empathetic. I love her so much!!! So happy I am with her. She knows things that most people dont!!
