I have had both good and "not so much" experiences at this location, which is corporate. After a few misunderstandings about purchases and billing, I finally connected with the store manager, Mike Schindelholz. He made an extraordinary effort to sort things out...way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced anywhere at the retail level. I'm more than pleased with the service and genuine concern shown for my product and billing issues. The other sales associates gave conflicting and often dead-wrong information, and simply seemed unwilling or unable to make any effort. Mike got to the bottom of each problem and I'm confident everything will resolve satisfactorily. He is an asset to the company and I hope they make every effort to keep him.

Absolutley the worst customer service from a young black female who had a attitude and would not help a customer of 10 years.
I needed a phone I own unlocked.
By T mobile .I took all my 5 lines to Verizon.

Poorly supervised employees and no manager on site and she refused to tell me when there would be one working and what their name was?

New phone after 5 years with the old one. Staff was helpful, friendly and fun. They helped me make the right choice

We had a very poor experience where the sales rep provided us with offers to upgrade a phone and add a line that was worse than what we received online. When we asked her to clarify her numbers because her basic math was wrong she became irritated and didn't admit she made a mistake. When we said we would be going elsewhere she said fine, but you'll have to come back here so I can fix it because they will screw it up. She was very rude and condescending towards us. We went to a different T-Mobile store and they were very patient and provided better pricing than both this store and on line. The second store made mistakes through the process, but owned them, was kind, and worked appropriately to resolve them.
