Visited this shop a few times, the proximity to work is very convenient. Service and prices seemed to be at the industry average and I always like to support the independent local guy. Unfortunately, the individual that runs the shop is a bit haughty and always makes me feel that I am inconveniencing him. Does not bother me too much, but with a lot of shops in the area that could cause others not to return.

Been bringing my vehicles for the last couple years off of a referral from a friend. Jeff is down to earth and upfront and he is quick when we have asked him to be (although usually I just drop off night before and grab after work the following day). Bonus is the uhaul if you ever need that.

I've had a few bad experiences with mechanics and had a hard time trusting anyone else to fix my car except for my dad (a certified Ford mechanic). Dad can't fix my cars forever so he referred me to Jeff at Allen Auto. My brakes needed some work really bad so I figured it would be a $400-500 repair over a day or two in the shop. Jeff totally understood my worries so he offered a free estimate. 15 minutes later he came back with an estimate on pads and brakes with an hour of labor for $280. He repaired it in about an hour (little after lunch on a workday) and the car brakes like new. He's officially my new mechanic. You rock Jeff!

Excellent service with great prices! Jeff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been a customer for a couple years now and take my car and truck here for all of their needs.

I've been very happy with both the quality of work and the value I find from Jeff at Allen Automotive. He's quick and good.
