      image the the fact that they have a 2.2 stars on Google says it all. They are a joke and that's being on the nice side. How is this Bank even still functioning. Worst customer service. Worst online user interface problem after problem. Didn't refund me after there confirmation texts never got sent to me when out of state . Finally switched banks and God am I happy. The employees are super nice though and I don't know how they deal with all these angry customers all day they must know the bank is trash as well. The fact that they work there and deal with all complaints all day, I commend there service

      image Denied a $19k RV loan with a 762 score and good income. Local credit Union approved it. Will have it paid off less than 2 years. Interesting decision.

      image Absolutely awful. Especially the Burlington branch. Dont even bother considering them to touch your money. They fee you to death and are just plain rude

      image Not a very helpful bank especially with helping me run my small business. I have given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, and I feel like I keep getting slapped in the face by them. I don't know how many times I've walked into a branch to speak with someone on making a large transaction go through knowing that I have the funds, and for some odd reason the transaction keeps getting blocked. I have called multiple times, and not only do they keep giving me the run around, customer service closes early. I am a small business owner that doesn't have the time most days to call the bank early so them closing early doesn't help. If I could give North shore Bank a zero score I would.
