Wish I could give zero stars ! They need a new manager and staff . I usually order and my food is messed up but today was just insane. I signed into an old account and forgot to update my number on the dominos app . After waiting about 15 minutes I realized it was the wrong number. ( my order was still at the restaurant via pizza tracker) so trying to correct my mistake I called the store .. 16 times ! I was hung up on every time over an hour duration ! I finally got a answer as I was driving . They refused to re deliver so I kept driving . Also couldnt manage to cancel or get a refund on the app or website . I drove in the rain 12 minutes there & had to wait for my food again cus they were closing now !Arriving I was completely ignored. A few minutes pass and I was rudely told they are off the clock & my number is no good . I replied is they were to answer their phone it wouldve been solved. After waiting I got my food but did not receive any refund from my delivery fees I paid on the app ! On top of that waste of gas .

The delivery guy wouldnt come to the main door of the apartments building. I dont mind not getting the delivery to my apartment door but not even at the main entrance of the building?ridiculous. At Dominos on Jerome Ave. in the Bronx, they make their on delivery policies. I called the store and they just dont care. I called Papa Johns right after and it was delivered to my apartment door. Keep the great customer service Dominos, just remember that the pandemic is over and youre not the only game in town anymore. One star is too much for this place. Good luck to anyone ordering from this place.

Someone hacked into my dominoes sign in and ordered food and picked it up. I don't live anywhere close to here. Website states card must be present for carryout. After trying to calling for an hour to get someone to talk to. Anik? Pretty sure we were given a fake name but whatever. Told us that they don't check that stuff and pretty much didn't care. They could easily of canceled the card transaction in their system but they wouldn't do it. Now I have to file a police report because they won't even try to retify their mistake.
As reading more reviews it looks like it happens often at this store. Maybe this store is in on it . Maybe they need to be looked into . Def seem like a bunch of scammers

This location is always a hit or miss depending on the day you go in or order for delivery. Always go to check the busy times and go from there but honestly I've only had two actually bad experiences with this location one of missing item and another of burnt brownie (and I mean BURNT) outside of those too, only other issue is taste from it being cold when delivered. Hope this helps someone.

Just got hung up on after already trying to order over the phone (call center transferred me to this dominos location after a system issue). This guy made me repeat myself countless times while talking to other people and then just said order online Im busy and hung up.
Edit: I showed up in person to take a picture in his face and staff thought I still wanted food
