I had placed an order from the florists direct website for a deluxe funeral spray 4 days before the funeral. The flowers arrived on time to the correct address but it was a simple vase boquet. Nothing remotely what was ordered. Its like a tiktok, this is what I ordered, do you see the pastels? And this is what I got. Disappointing and embarrassing.

I work in the hospital. We get delivers from Flowers by Wild Orchid all the time. The most beautiful Flowers. As soon i see the bouquets i know where are they coming from. Beautiful and long lasting.

Horrible. Placed my order for same day delivery....it's been four days and my friend still hasn't received her flowers. Tried calling and emailing multiple times, no answer on any front. Had no issue charging my credit card though....
