Best dental experience I ever had! I have been coming here for years and I always receive excellent customer service! Dr. Tsamparlis and her staff are so amazing, friendly and very professional! I get treated with so much care and feel comfortable when I am getting a procedure done knowing I am in good hands. They are kid friendly too! My 6 yr old son loves when he gets to choose a toy favor from their treasure box making it a fun experience! I love how they always call me in advance to remind me of my upcoming appointments and the receptionist is very accommodating. Thank you all for the wonderful service! Keep up the good work!

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Tsamparlis office. I was visiting friends in the Bronx when, at dinner, I lost a large filling from a back tooth. By morning, I was in severe pain and started calling local dental offices with no success. But when I called Dr. Tsamparlis office, my situation was met with immediate concern. Even though they knew I wasnt a patient, they squeezed me into their schedule. When Dr. Tsamparlis came in, she couldnt have been friendlier or more sympathetic. She checked the remaining portion of the tooth for cracks and finding none, she put in a new filling. She finished by saying not to hesitate calling if I had any further questions or issues. I wish I actually lived in the Bronx as Id love her to be my regular dentist.

I booked an appointment through zocdoc for this provider because they were listed as being in network. When I arrived they had no knowledge of my appointment and turned out they were not in network in regards to the medicaid. Definitely not their fault.
Dr. Tsamparlis took the time to call zocdoc personally and try to resolve the issue which I appreciated. While I opted out of proceeding with the visit as this is not something I can afford out of pocket, I appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the receptionist and the doctor.
I am due to receive new insurance come next year through my job and hopefully they are in that network and I can go to them in the future.
Her bedside manner was appreciated and it was a refreshing experience to have such a considerate dental professional considering past experiences with other providers.
10/10 would reccomend.

My husband and I had appointments for this week and when we showed up Dr. Tsamparlis was not in because she was supposedly doing some volunteer work with the children at a public school. I found that strange because the public schools were all on spring break this week. According to the secretary she had tried reaching us but apparently was calling incorrect phone numbers. I dont think we will be scheduling any future appointments with them if thats how they operate.
