VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had surgery 7 days ago. I was given a prescription for a controlled pain killer for 7 days with a 7 day refill. I called this evening to process the refill for pick up tomorrow. The tech said that the pharmacist closed the prescription with no notes - and I can't speak to the pharmacist because she is on vacation!!!! It is after 5pm so I can't have my surgeon send a new script until Monday, so I have to suffer with over the counter meds until sometime Monday. Don't mess with people meds!!!

I love the pharmacist, Krista, at this location. She has helped me several times. She is very succinct & to the point which some may misinterpret as being rude, but I appreciate. I always look for her when I need something. Thank you Krista!!

Ive used this pharmacy for a couple years now and never once have I had an issue with them. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by all who Ive come across at this pharmacy. I recently lost my insurance and I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get my prescriptions anymore due to cost, but I have talked to two pharmacy reps on two different occasions who advised me that there are coupons online that I can present and use. Ive also been advised that my medication is not as much $$ as I initially thought, low cost and the online coupons are extremely beneficial too. Such a lifesaver when I was worried Id be without. Thank you!!

The pharmacist is extremely rude I believe Kristen is her name. Its not okay to talk to people the way she does and treat people the way she does. If shes not happy with her job then she needs to find another career because working in the medical field needs to have people who genuinely care and want to help people and you can tell by her tone and lack of caring to even try and put forth an effort in giving customers some kind of piece of mind and helping them she doesnt. I would say maybe shes having a bad day and give her the benefit of the doubt because we are all human but by the looks of the previous reviews shes just rude and hateful to everyone. My advice find a different pharmacy where they will care enough to help you and talk to you with respect

We just moved to Broken Arrow a few months ago. The pharmacy department here is great. They've been really helpful. I had an issue with a script & they found out why insurance declined it (only so many in a year's time) and then they helped me navigate another insurance that was available. It saved me a lot. They've also been kind, I appreciate that.
