While the staff is lovely and the facility is fun for kids, theyre clearly milking insurance companies to afford the facilities. Took my son in to be told he needed 6 caps and oral surgery to repair all of the damage. After seeing similar reviews I took him for a second opinion. He had TWO cavities that required filling only.
I cannot imagine how many children undergo needless oral surgery each year because their parents trust the professionals.

I do not recommend this place they screwed up my daughters files and appointments in the system They are very rude and not understanding. The area when you walk in, might make you feel welcoming, but the staff is horrible.

This is the most wonderful place Ive ever been to for a child my son has been through a lot of bad experiences with his past dentist a wonderful dental hygienist Erica referred us here in the doctors are amazing and compassionate the ladies at the front were so nice and Lisa check out was an angel

The Dr.s are very nice, and most of the staff is great to, however it is awful to schedule an appointment with them! When you work full time and can't take an entire day off to go to a dentist appointment, it sucks. God, for bid, if you have to reschedule, you are looking at 3 to almost 5 months later before you can get in again. It's been almost over a year now that I can't get my son in to see his dentist because of the same schedule issues I've had since day one! Honestly, at this point, it is just disappointing. You want your kids to feel safe at their dentist and have fun, but we can't keep doing this.
