They miss the trash on a regular basis. When you call to ask them to come and pick it up, they do not. When you call again, somebody says, we gave you a call while you were working and you didn't answer, so we didn't feel like getting it? We will get it next week, supposedly? Need some accountability, maybe new management? Terrible service.

I have lived in Broken Arrow Ok since 1983; as a builder I've been in and out of the city offices many times. I was always greeted with
with friendly personell.
I have seen people enter trying to get something accomplish that required license, or permits, and other things, and of coarse when the clerk explained it to them they got all snobby with the clerk.

I have been trying to renew my alarm permit. Tried online and got nowhere. Called no one answered phone. Came in person, stood there for 15 minutes, no one would come to the window. Employees would look up and see me, then continue what they were doing. Totally discussed!
