I was new to town and had my new challenger crashed into close to the holiday season. I was stressed because this car is something I take great pride and care about. I needed a place that could match their quality to my high expectations.
This shop went above and beyond what I thought would be the end result. They have the capabilities to do the highest end work (including Italian exotics and vintage projects) with equipment that I couldn't find at other shops in the area and the expertise to use that equipment properly.
The guys at Bob's worked with me and the insurance company to not only make the fixes, but do them the right way without overcharging. My insurance was eager to issue payment because the pricing was better than they even expected. They were able to schedule my car in during an already hectic holiday season and communicated with my insurance company for me throughout the process.
This honest pricing also translated to impeccable work throughout the entirety of the job. The owner himself took the time to look my car over when I arrived to pick it up and was so knowledgeable he was teaching me things about features I didn't even know about.
All in all, I would give Bob's Paint and Body Shop more stars if I could. I drove away with the same excitement I did the day I bought the car with it looking and feeling brand new again.
If you want your vehicle fixed the right way, with the paint looking the best it possibly can, then this is the only place you need to even consider.
