Kyle was early to the appointment and happy to answer all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. He genuinely wanted to help me understand what I should be looking for as the new owner of the house and taught me about the home during the inspection. Even if you need to request an extension for the home inspection after your offer is accepted, I highly recommend hiring Kyle with Lake Area Home Inspections.
