I contacted Kempen about 5 years ago to repair my basement. He quoted me and we agreed to schedule the work. He pushed off for 2 years, constant excuses. Yes, I should have went with a different contractor after a while, but here we are. He did the work finally, then charged me almost double the quote. The basement leaked badly the very next spring. I had to do follow up work after he was gone. Highly recommend not hiring him

I called for two loads of black dirt they told me that they would be $200 each and that they wouldn't not be screened so I'm expecting a couple rocks which is fine I get the dirt it's full of corn stalks it's full of silage bags when I get the bill it's $491.84 the only thing I could say good about it was the driver was polite and dumped it where I asked him to I would not recommend them
