Spent 6200 on a hot tub made 2 payments before delivered. They dropped off did not set up. And now its throwing codes. When purchased they set up and delivery. Every time I call they are always busy. I will not purchase it anything thru them again

I am sorry you are having issues with your spa. The week before Memorial Day is one of the busiest week for a pool and spa store. However, I personally went to the spa this afternoon to look at the unit. The code displayed was an Economy heating mode. The spa was not experiencing any problems. I set the heating mode to Standard, and the spa was heating correctly when I left. The filter lid is threaded too tightly, and a tool that I did not have with me will be required to loosen. All is working with the spa.
