Sue is very unprofessional and extremely rude to her customers. I called this year and I called last year just to get a response because she does not acknowledge when you send in a signed proposal. She began screaming at me on the phone she doesn't know anything and does not know if they can service me because of the rain. Well I understand rain can slow a company down but why would you get so angry if the customer calls...since you never called them 2 years in a row? I could not even get a word in she just went absolutely crazy on the phone. I mean she was yelling. When I said you are being mean she slammed the phone in my ear. LOL. I guess she does not want people to call and she does not want to call the customers back either. How on earth would anyone know if this company received the proposal if Sue does not call the customers back. This woman should not be a front line person. She has a very negative attitude is extremely hostile and does not appreciate business. I highly recommend you not use this company. This is 2 years in a row I have tried to reach out to this woman and got horrible attitude for inquiring if they are up and running this year. Absolutely no reason to speak like that on the phone to anyone. I hope you know I will be posting this everywhere. People are struggling now for business and you do not talk to customers like this. I did not deserve to be treated like this.

Very poor service. Are not there to receive their messages, left message on my phone to call them before 7:00 the next day if I want them to do my driveway. I did call them the night before and say I wanted them to do my driveway. I cleared my driveway and left a check on the door like they asked for. When I came home from being out, neighbor had his driveway done but not mine. My check was still on the door. They are never there to get their phone messages.
