If you go to this location, the associate Will is going to add things to your bill WITHOUT telling you. It had been reported to upper management and nothing was done about it. CHECK YOUR BILL AND REPORT TO CORPORATE. I WORKED AT THIS LOCATION AND HE TRIED TO HAVE ME DO THE SAME THING EVERY SINGLE TIME!

We picked this AT&T store because it was the closest to where we were going to be, and are so happy we did. Jason was outstanding. He helped us complete our upgrades and even though there were a few minor gliches, he always had a postive attitude and was professional. We absolutely recommend going to this store just for Jason.

Excellent experience visiting this AT&T store, whereas previous to my visit today and last week, the customer service in the past was not what it is today. Specifically today, Sales Rep Jason was beyond helpful and spent over an hour with me for my sons new phone. Plus, he answered questions about cases, my insurance and phone protection, etc. If he didnt know the answer right away, he found it out and helped me so much. I recommend going to this store, especially if youre local and havent been going because of poor experiences in the past! Thank you!
