This is really sad
78 year old man who is the school teacher goes in to get a loan put his car up for collateral the sad part is they made him run around in circles for the past 2 months this is not professional first the paperwork went on hold because the person went on vacation second they had him go and get original copies for the vehicle they should have told him that they needed original documents for the vehicle that is a 2003 now he has to go to Concord and get the original documents instead of a copy they should have told him they can't take copies that they need the original and mind you this is 2 months later for 3000 loan I could understand if it was 25,000 my goodness
Now I'm wondering is it because of his age the vehicle or because he's black
