I went into the store looking for Hemps holiday lotion and the clerk gave me the strangest look! I asked her about the holiday lotion and she said something so fast and I told her I was wanting the lotion in the large bottle. Instead of coming out from behind the counter to help me, she just pointed down the aisle. Before that though she told me they were out of the large bottle. I go down the aisle and theres one on the shelf! I lost my cool with her! Im not proud of how I handled things but I am soooo tired of this generations attitude of just do it yourself! I was in sales and know that working with people is hard but you still have to be helpful! If you cant even TRY to be helpful.get a different job! Anyway.Ive never had that poor of service there and I hope that sales people can understand that THEY are the ones getting paid to help customers, we shouldnt have to just get it yourself
