      image The manager named "Tom" is incredibly disrespectful, rude and very snarky. Many of the managers treat customers as if they are going to steal things which honestly, is a bit comical but incredibly unnecessary. Someone in my life had a terrible experience with Tom that ultimately made her stop what she was supposed to be doing for a work assignment - he was THAT rude. I've come across a few others who warned me about this specific location or ANY other Total Wine.
