I was there looking to purchase glasses. This one lady was helping me and this couple came in. She said "Oh" looked them left me not saying anything like let me know when you are ready or I will be right back nothing proceed to have a full on conversation with them. As I continue to look for glasses. I thought to myself she will be back. Nope I waited and waited. I felt like she thought I was not worth her service, I was going to pay for my glasses I was not asking them for free. So I put the glasses in the tray and left. Never again will I come back there. Learn to treat everyone with good customer service that was not ok or right.

Dr. Ninomiya is the best! So kind, patient and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her customers!

I have been to this office for many years and am happy with their services, from the optometrist to the staff working in the front office.  They are very professional and caring.  Today I brought my broken prescription glasses in and Wes fixed it right away.  I am very grateful!
