      image After signing a lease here I thought it would be a great place to live however it cant be further from the truth. They have raised my rent twice in the year, from 1650 to almost 1900. Even though the lease agreement states it ends at a certain time, they still require a 60 day notice to vacate and if you are out of that (gave them a month and a half notice instead) that they will forcibly charge you an extreme amount to the tune of almost $3000. Please do not move here it is not worth the headaches and hassles.

      image Lived here for 14 month, never been late, no pets and I live alone. Lease ended and they refuse to give me back my deposit, charged me for multiple things that were still in same condition as I got in, but telling me that I'm responsible for their replacement. Worst place ever, scammers and please beware.
