First when I called the lady (Lisa) was so rude huffed and puffed when I asked to come in for lash extensions . Then she took forever putting the eye pads on . When she finished my lashes were stuck to the pad and she CUT THEM WITH SCISSORS . And it Took off half my bottom lashes when she did it . Had to go pay to get them off they felt cheap as well .

Brianne so sorry to read this review , we are very nice to every customer when they call us. Its very well possible that I was wearing a mask and we all know you sound different. I have never as well as any technician ever had a complaint when it comes to eyelash extensions. also from my memory you were very happy with the service but you were not happy with price as you said you expected to pay the same price as you did 5 years ago and I explained to you with covid and also inflation ( the cost of buying supplies, rent, utilities ) and everything in general the price has surely increased

I've been to this salon at least 5x. Man Yi is very polite and professional and takes her time to ensure a job well done! however, this review is for Lisa. I only gave 2 stars cos of Man Yi who is great. The first time Lisa did my nails she rushed like she wanted me out of the door. I came back to fix ONE broken nail and she rushed again, plastered the acrylic on my nails barely filed and again rushed me out the door. Terrible job. LASTLY, I called on Sunday to book a refill with Man Yi ONLY given my off-putting experiences with Lisa. I go into the salon and Man Yi was with a customer and told me Lisa was "very good" and she could do my nails..... I gave in and sat with Lisa. she proceeded to use her nail filing tool a little too aggressively on my nail to the point where I could feel the heat on my nail and it was starting to hurt. Lisa said "YOU ARE TOO SENSITIVE! I'M NOT EVEN DOING IT HARD" then she proceeds to use the tool ON HER SKIN to "show me" it doesn't hurt. She continued to call me "TOO SENSITIVE" At that point I was ready to leave. Lisa stopped doing my nails and walked away. Man Yi, who I booked the appt with anyway so I can AVOID Lisa proceeds to do my nails and they came out great in the end. However, given that this was the THIRD bad experience I've had with Lisa. I will not be returning. UNLESS Man Yi is the ONLY person to do my nails. Lisa should work on her customer service skills and she should refrain from talking about her clients in her language. it's rude and unprofessional. Lisa PICKS AND CHOOSES who she is nice to.

Johelen in response to this review which is very disturbing I have never had a complaint in my 15 years of being a nail tech. lets get it straight prior to this review you came to the salon to have ( ACRYLIC ) nails which took over 2 1/2 hours that Manyi completed for you. Regarding this review you made an appointment with Manyi again for acrylic on a very busy day. Manyi asked me Lisa if I could assist her getting you ready for acrylic which I did. While filing your nails you started complaining that I was being rough - aggressive but we both know I was very gentle and simply showed you on my skin that it did not hurt in any way. I said that you were sensitive because I have never had a customer say I was being rough. I understand you were not happy that I was helping Manyi. As far as the conversation I had with Manyi in chinese language I was explaining to her that you were not happy and that I could not continue. You should never assume what people are saying to each other unless you understand the chinese language. In closing I do not pick and choose who I am nice to as we treat all customers the same. We do not rush any customer and based on the experience of the individual nail technician is the time involved to get the job completed. In your particular situation Manyi spent 2 1/2 hours on YOU just for your acrylic nails which is exceptional service for this industry

Horrible over charge me for pedicure alone was 70$ , mind you the lady next to me is who suggest I get spa pedi , only 55 but then try to charge another 25 for gel , and the lady next me didnt get charge who also got gel on her feet. Very unprofessional and scammers

Britney , all prices are fixed no one is charged differently, You stated in this review that we are scammers but what really happened was you attempted to receive FREE SERVICES. Spa pedicure is $ 55 regular color then gel color add $ 15 not $ 25. We are very competitive in our pricing

I came in minutes before they closed and wasnt sure if they wanted to take me. The owner started and then left me with two wonderful ladies. Ask for Minnie and Angela. They were a pleasure to be with and I was glad that I was left in their care. Facility is clean and they took their time. I liked the spa pedicure. Very simple and relaxing atmosphere. I would visit again to see how they work when or if there are more customers present. So fargood experience.
