Your business is sorely lacking in quality. I had the misfortune of dropping off a new lightweight sports jacket to your place. The jacket was returned to me wrinkled and disheveled. Additionally, one leather button was cracked open. All or the great price of $21.00.

I have hesitated to write a negative review because I hoped the situation would be rectified. Unfortunately, Ive no option at this point. I brought in a four hundred dollar Vince cashmere sweater for dry cleaning. The condition of the place should have been enough for me to walk out(as I saw a previous customer did in a review). Clothes were strewn over couches and chairs in the main lobby and there were bags of unlaundered clothes everywhere.
Nothing was mentioned about the damage done to it when I picked it up but when I went to put it on there were one large and two or three small holes on the back of the sweater. I Had worn the sweater the week prior and there was no damage. The store manager Sharon did assume responsibility for not flagging the sweater prior to cleaning but she insists that she cleaned it and the holes were there beforehand. Normal protocol for a damaged item is that the dry cleaner does not clean it but returns it to customer with an explanation. If it was damaged (which it wasnt) they didnt do this.
The dry cleaner gave me a refund for only HALF the cost of sweater. A reasonable person would see that this is not sufficient however, it gets worse. They refused to return my damaged sweater to me. Sharon told me that when you receive a refund, you dont get the item back. She seems to think thats fair. I want my sweater returned to me so that I can attempt to have it repaired at a reputable establishment. I have emailed and asked to speak to the owner two times and I have heard NOTHING. So long story short - I brought in a 400 dollar item, got it back damaged and got only half my money and no sweater. Im extremely frustrated. I even offered to give back the 200 in exchange for my sweater if it is satisfactorily repaired. Nothing. I would absolutely not recommend this business. Service: Organic dry cleaning

Very friendly and helpful. I guess I will know more once I pick up my comforter.
