      image Extremely high pressure sale, added on a bunch of things that I did not need, or want. Went in for refund on those items today. NO refund. Be careful of what these people are trying to sell you. Was told by sales person that I could cancel any of these items, at any time. Lens protector added to protected lens? Warranty on lens? And I got the privileged of paying the sales person to add these nonessential items to my phone.

      image Owen and Jake were outstanding. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. As a person who isnt tech savvy, their assistance and knowledge were extremely helpful. Customer service workers, this is what right looks like. Couldnt be more pleased with my experience. Verizon, give these boys a raise!
