Damian with vanguard home inspection was wonderful! He was extremely thorough and was able to explain things in a way I was able to understand so I wouldnt be shocked by our report. As a first time homebuyer it was nice to have someone part of our team who is super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Damian at Vanguard to thoroughly and efficiently inspect your home. We couldnt be more pleased with his expertise and attention to detail Damian showed us. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We were first time home buyers and did not know what to look for, but he made it all a breeze! He had a thorough conversation with us about everything he was calling out towards the end of inspection, which gave us a better understanding of his concerns. He also provided us with a detailed report that was available in the time frame we needed.
His outgoing and comedic personality made the whole process fun and less stressful than we thought it would be. It was a pleasure to meet him and his tips and knowledge was greatly appreciated!

Damian was very knowledgeable and helping during our inspection. He was personable and nice which made the process a lot easier! This was our first home purchase and he was excellent and even gave additional advice about other home items/maintenance. His reports were also very thorough and detailed.
