The receptionist taking appointments sounds like she is working out of bathroom stall, difficult to hear and echoed background noise.

Dr. Urry and his staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Urry is also quite knowledgeable, and he spent ample time explaining my options. He also provided more thorough after-care instructions than I have ever received. I highly recommend Dr. Urry.
