Wow this bank as a whole is ridiculous. $6.50 fee to cash a check that is issued by their own institution. Do not support this company or this location.

Recently opened a HELOC at BOK. Absolute fiasco from the beginning. Despite the closing being scheduled two weeks out, the person scheduled to close the loan simply didn't show up for work. The person who kindly volunteered to do so admittedly had not done one for many months. We were given temporary checks (counter checks) and told we could write them to draw funds from the HELOC. I recently paid my contractor $15,000 and the check was rejected. I called BOK and they said it should have been fine. The contractor was not happy so I went to this location (50 miles away) to get a cashiers check. The teller ended up calling someone else and found out that they cannot issue counter checks for a HELOC and thus the ones we were given were invalid.
When I attempted to make a payment online for $8000 I receive an error message. Finally after multiple calls I was told that even though I had my checking account from another bank linked to this account for my monthly payment, it was not possible to make another, additional payment online. That had to be done over the phone. When I called, I was told I could only pay $5,000 per week over the phone. A few weeks later I called and spoke to someone else who stated the maximum phone payment was $7,000. Bottom line, the people I have worked with are extremely incompetent, resulting in many hours of wasted time. I would avoid this bank at all cost.

Stay away from this bank. It is a mess. They are full of very young people who work from home. Not a place to bank if you are serious business.
