Scott was available promptly when we needed a home inspection done. Contacted him and a day later he was out inspecting the property. Did a thorough walk through and pointed out all the things we should know about. We were able to take that to the seller and got a little kick back, so thats always great! Scott was on time, professional, and would definitely go through him again. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, professional and thorough are the first words that come to mind when I consider the work done by Scott @ home shield inspections. I contracted him to inspect a property on a Saturday. He was scheduled for the Tuesday following and was there promptly After the inspection, he provided a detailed report documenting all issues, positive and negative. He provides excellent follow up and insight as well. Working with Scott is a no brainer good decision.
