Stay away. do not use. Demanded full amount of policy for being a day late. I had lost my wife and had to move to a location about 45 minutes out from work for 2 1/2 years and I was finally able to start saving about $500 a month, well within what insurance wouldve continued to cost. Instead I got treated like a two-year-old who had no concept of financial obligation. You try driving from Pittsfield, New Hampshire to York, Maine on icy roads just to START your driving work and see if theres no concept of financial obligation. I have paid Geico at a higher rate since with not one single missed payment. In the meantime, your company continues to bleed advertisement revenue out on my YouTube account every single day. I just do not understand it because I had been paid fairly and promptly in a collision settlement by this company for $2600 and you would think they wouldve had a vested interest in keeping me as a customer long-term to recoup the payment. Instead, I was treated like a New Hampshire peon by an arrogant Boston institution. well guess what Thats about $2400 that you lost so far and Im going to keep paying it elsewhere. with the payment that you allowed me to make and that amount you would have turned a comfortable profit by now for MINIMAL work. I will avoid this company for the rest of my life even despite my inheritance and recommend you do as well. Maybe someday some lost potential business will help get those stupid ads off my YouTube account every day when the company finally starts having some common sense and treating the customer like a living, breathing, occasionally TEMPORARILY challenged human being instead of pouring money down a rabbit hole to try to get me to sign up again. I cant believe how insulting it is to see your stupid ads every single day after the treatment I got.

Trying to fix errors they made on a claim 2.5 years ago has been impossible. I cannot get a response from anyone in spite of multiple messages!
Will never use this company for anything ever again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY EVER!! THEY OVERCHARGE YOU AND WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AS THE PLEASE. SO GLAD I AM DONE WITH THIS PATHETIC SO CALLED INSURANCE COMPANY!!!

One of the WORST car insurance companies I ever worked with. Will increase your policy every year even though I expressed the importance of knowing my payment ahead of time.

I was a Liberty Mutual Insurance subscriber for over 20 years. They insured my home and 3 automobiles. Over that time across all of my policies I'd paid them $50,000 in insurance premiums. In 2015 my son was in an accident with my new car when he was broadsided by someone else. My son was found to be 50% at fault and Liberty paid out $22k and recovered $11k from the other driver's insurance company. After the accident Liberty refused to continue coverage on our automobiles and I had to find another provider. This year, despite never having filed a claim, Liberty Mutual increased my home owner's premium from $1200 to $4000 a year. I get that things have gotten more expensive, but this is an outrageous increase. I went to progressive and now I'm paying $1800 a year. Liberty Mutual does not care about their customers and all of the money they are spending on their cute little ads comes out of their policy holders pockets. Look elsewhere for coverage.
