Silverware - real, not plastic or wooden.
Nice hotel, breakfast, everything was perfect. Convenient location.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Walking distance to city center. Delicious and diverse breakfast. Great experience for us.

Absolutely first rate, and one of a kind.
Boston has plenty of hotels to choose from, but if you're a business traveller or in town for an extended stay, look no further than the Element Boston.
I stayed here for 12 nights during a two week visit and the moment I walked through the door I was warmly greeted and well taken care of. David on the desk - exceptional customer service and 'the man who can' - talked me through the place, and I was given the cards for my room - a courtesy upgrade.
The room was enormous with a king size bed, corner sofa + coffee table, desk + chair, TV, and a kitchenette with fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink, counter top, coffee machine and drinking water faucet, plus all the basics needed such as plates, cups, cutlery, pots+pans, salt+pepper, washing up liquid and so on. Trader Joe's over by Seaport Boulevard is the place for your groceries.
Its a 5 minute walk to Summer St, and about a 15 minute walk to the edge of Downtown Boston.
Downstairs is a decent gum with cardio machines (no rower being my only thing of note), weight machines and free weights. Towels and headphones are supplied.
Nearby is a laundry room - three washers (30 mins, $3.25) and three dryers (40 mins, $3.50), and a large counter for folding.
Reception has loads of sofas and tables, plus a massage chair.
If you choose to not have housekeeping clean your room every day, you get additional Bonvoy points.
Breakfast is a grab and go buffet - toast, cereals, muffins, smoothies and juices, and a hot selection.
For me, a big win was the 24/7 coffee machines which i used extensively.
But most of all was the customer service. The staff are all absolutely top notch and no ask is too big. David would ask me every time he saw me if there was anything else I needed for my stay - which there never was - but it goes to show, you are absolutely covered at this place. 10/10. Thank you all, I shall be back.
