What an incredibly horrible, rude and unprofessional establishment this is specifically John!! After booking 2 rooms for a birthday party, there was only 1 room that was provided for me. After bringing this to Johns attention and showing proof, he dismissed this and we were left with 20 toddlers in a 10 person room. Wanting to not ruin the birthday party, we worked through all these barriers dealing with unprofessionalism. I called today to follow up from yesterdays issue only for John to hang up when I asked for Scott, the listed owner. Heres the thing we all make mistakes. Just taking accountability and acknowledging your error goes a long way.
