Very poor communication skills. Extremely unprofessional and a terrible attitude. Called based on the site info on a Sunday and had an angry individual tell me they were closed with a terrible attitude and hung up the phone in my face. Didnt even get a chance to say my apologies and thank you for your time. Thats too bad. Ive always heard great things about this place. If you have no time for a quick professional response, definitely wouldnt trust that attitude with my fur baby! A business representation and professionalism never get a day off.
