My husband and I had a great experience. William came to our door and was very helpful in answering all questions and making sure we felt safe and comfortable in choosing the ADT security system. Jeff, the technician who came to install the system was very polite and efficient. He explained how all of the features worked. He even had to come back later that night to double check an alarm and took more time to explain the app to us. Highly recommend these folks!!
