Was on my way from Kansas City to St. Louis for my daughters second birthday! AAA had me waiting for 3 hours! Finally get what I asked for and got air in my tire! Had to fly down I-70 befor the tire lost it! Got to Chase's and had no cash! Told him I would go to the ATM if he could plug my tire! Was done in 5 minutes and told me to tell my daughter happy birthday from him and did not charge me a dime! Great man!

We called Don Chase to come out to the rest area near his business to put an alternator on our semi truck. He charged us over $900. He hooked the two wires that come out of the alternator backwards. We went down the road and it burnt our alternator up. We had to have another dealership put on a new alternator. That dealership took pictures of the incorrect hook up of the wires. We sent the pictures to Don Chase. He agreed and said he would send our money back. Months ago I spoke to him letting him know we did not receive a check yet. He said he would send it. Now months later, I have called all 3 numbers for his business and either they are disconnected or he won’t answer. I would be very cautious hiring Don Chase at Chase Repair. American Truckers beware of Don Chase Repair, he is dishonest.
