Phyllis was rude as hell. She said "don't call my customers shady" and hung up on me. Like come on, is that professional?? This is my off day, and i answer phones for a living..I would never talk to anyone on the other line like that because it isn't professional!! Also I think Phyllis is the other one that works there and she doesn't like answering phones

PHYLLIS WAS NOTICABLY RUDE TO ME ON THE PHONE!! She sounded like she had other things to do and had an attitude with me on a 5min phone call about more information about my case!!!Left me little information via email which for some reason goes straight to the spam folder. And didnt expect to get your phone call answered by anyone anytime after 11am!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Both Phyllis and Keith are extremely knowledgeable and care about their clients. Offering suggestions even if they cannot provide you with a policy. Who does that? Town Center thats who.

Phyllis Gutierrez is so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She works with a number of companies and helped me find a great policy for my home insurance. I highly recommend her!
